Returns

  • You may return items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
